NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOAQUIN CL LAGON ERA, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of Her ExceUency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, June 20, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the ,City of Lipa.
