BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1088

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 10 February 2021, Wednesday, the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte, will mark the celebration of the Pamulinawen Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C, MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 10 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte.
