DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, TO BE ANNEXED INTO THE LAGUNA TECHNOPARK SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916 otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate as part of the Laguna Technopark Special Economic Zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 01-193 dated 13 July 2001 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located at the Municipality of Bifian, Province of Laguna, consisting of THIRTY ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX (31,286) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot-1-A of the subdivision plan, Psd-043403-063404 being a portion of Lot 1, Blk. 7, Pcs-04-005875 L.R.C. Record No. 8374), situated in the Barangay of Bifiang, Municipality of Bifian, Province of Laguna. Bounded on the SE., & SW., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6 by Road Lot 8, Pcs-005875 (20.00 M. Wide); on the NW., along line 6-7 by Lot 1-D, (Utilities Easement); on the NE., along line 7-8 by Lot 1-E, both of the subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 8-1 by Road Lot 6, Pcs-04-005875 (20.00 M. Wide).

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being, N. 16 deg. 14’ E., 1850.48 M. from Mon. No. 23, Bifian Estate.

All points referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm; bearings true; date of original survey, January 1906 to February 1907 and that of the subdivision survey, March 29, 1993 and was approved on September 16, 1993.
