BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 109

DECLARING MONDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARGARITA, PROVINCE OF SAMAR

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Samar marks the celebration of its Foundation Day on Monday, 28 November 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Samar be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 28 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day: in the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Province of Samar.
