BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1092

DECLARING FRIDAY, 14 AUGUST 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, the City of Tuguegarao marks the celebration of its “Pavvurulun Afi Festival 2015” on 8-16 August 2015;

WHEREAS, the Office of the Mayer has requested that Friday, 14 August 2015 instead of 16 August 2015, which falls on a Sunday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 14 August 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.
