PROCLAMATION NO, 1092

DECLARING THURSDAY, 18 DECEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on 18 December 2025, Thursday, the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 18 December 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan.
