BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1093

DECLARING TUESDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 23 December 2025, Tuesday, the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of its 25° Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayawan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 23 December 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental.
