BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1094

DECLARING TUESDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. NINO, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 23 December 2025, Tuesday, the Municipality of Sto. Nifio, Province of South Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 45" Founding Anniversary and the 26" Hinublag Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sto. Nifo be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 23 December 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sto. Nifo, Province of South Cotabato.
