BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1095

DECLARING FRIDAY, 12 FEBRUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 12 February 2021, Friday, the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato, will mark the celebration of its 23 Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 12 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato.
