BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1096

DECLARING FRIDAY, 4 SEPTEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONKAYO, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley, marks the celebration of its 615' Foundation Day and 20" Kariyawan Festival on Friday, 4 September 2015:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Monkayo, Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 4 September 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley.
