BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1096

DECLARING SATURDAY, 13 FEBRUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARANAQUE

WHEREAS, on 13 February 2021, Saturday, the City of Parafiaque will mark the celebration of its 23 Cityhood Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Parafiaque be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 13 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Parafaque.
