PROCLAMATION NO. 1096

DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 DECEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIPLAHAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, on 19 December 2025, Friday, the Municipality of Diplahan, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Diplahan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 19 December 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Diplahan, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
