• MALACANANG Manila' BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1097 DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 24, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG WHEREAS, Sunday, July 23, anniversary of the City of Gingoog; 2006, marks the 46th Charter Day WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Gingoog celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, July 24,2006 be declared as special (non-working) day instead of July 23, 2006, which falls on a Sunday; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, July 24, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
