BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1097

DECLARING FRIDAY, 11 SEPTEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUPI, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, Friday, 11 September 2015, marks the 61°' Foundation Day and 6" Agten Tufi Festival of the Municipality of Tupi, South Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 11 September 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato.
