.-- MALACANANG" Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1098 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2006, AS SPECIAL WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KABANKAlAN (NON- WHEREAS, Wednesday, August 2, 2006, marks the 9th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Kabankalan; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kabankalan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, August 2, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kabankalan.
