BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1099

DECLARING THURSDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BANOS, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Thursday, 17 September 2015, marks the 400" Foundation Day of the Municipality of Los Bafios, Laguna;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Los Bafhios, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 17 September 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Los Bafios, Laguna.
