BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1099

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 24 FEBRUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, on 24 February 2021, Wednesday, the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay will mark the celebration of the Araw ng Zamboanga Sibugay; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Wednesday, 24 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
