DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2001 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, thc City of Gencral Santos will marks the 62" Foundation Anniversary and Kalilangan Festival on Tuesday, Iebruary 27, 2001;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gencral Santos, be given the opportunity to participate in this once in a lifetime celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtuc of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 27, 2001 as a special day in Gencral Santos Cily.
