MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. fll DECLARING TUESDAY, 26 JULY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IPIL, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 26 July 2016, the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay marks the celebration of its "67^" Araw ng Ipil;" WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 26 July 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
