BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1100

DECLARING MONDAY, 22 FEBRUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 22 February 2021, Monday, the Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of the Araw ng Pasasalamat: HAMAKA

Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taytay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 22 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
