-- MALACANANG Manila " BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.ll02 DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 17, 2006 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN OZAMIZ CITY WHEREAS, Sunday, July 16, 2006, marks the Charter Day Anniversary of Ozamiz City; WHEREAS, to enable the people of Ozamiz City celebrate the occasion, the Office of the City Council, Ozamiz City, requested that Monday, July 17, 2006 be declared as special (non-working) day instead of July 16, 2006, which falls on a Sunday; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Ozamiz City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW; THEREFORE; I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA: Executive Secretary: by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, July 17, 2006 as special (non-working) day in Ozamiz City.
