BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1102

DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 SEPTEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Friday, 18 September 2015, marks the celebration of the 63" Provincial Anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province Zamboanga del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Iil, do hereby declare Friday, 18 September 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
