• MALACANANGManila .., M 1Ytj16~ / BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1103 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 19, 2006, AS SPECIAL WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIGOS, DAVAO DEL SUR (NON- WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 19, 2006, marks the launching of the Padigosan Festival of the City of Digos, Davao del Sur; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Digos be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 19, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of Digos, Davao del Sur.
