BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.: 1103

DECLARING FRIDAY, 26 FEBRUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS, on 26 February 2021, Friday, the City of Zamboanga will mark the celebration of its 84°" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Zamboanga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 26 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Zamboanga.
