;U'Pl! /69-.20( MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1104 (NON- DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2006, AS SPECIAL WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIGOS, DAVAO DEL SUR WHEREAS, Friday, September 8, 2006, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Digos, Davao del Sur; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Digos be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
