BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1104

DECLARING TUESDAY, 25 AUGUST 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ILOILO

WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 25 August 2015, the City of Iloilo marks its 78" Charter Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iloilo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 25 August 2015, as a special (nor working) day in the City of Iloilo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
