BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1104

DECLARING SATURDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, on 27 February 2021, Saturday, the City of General Santos will mark the celebration of its 82" Founding Anniversary and the 32™ Kalilangan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 27 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
