BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1105

DECLARING TUESDAY, 02 MARCH 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS, on 02 March 2021, Tuesday, the Province of La Union will mark the celebration of its 1718t Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of La Union be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 02 March 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Province of La Union.
