.- MALACANANG Ma'n.ila ' N FA! /(3?'-3& BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1108 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2006, WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN AS SPECIAL (NON- 2006, marks the Charter Day WHEREAS, Wednesday, August 2, anniversary of the City of Butuan; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, August 2, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of Butuan.
