MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1UD8 DECLARING TUESDAY, 1 SEPTEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON~ WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON WHEREAS, Tuesday, 1 September 2015, marks the 101 51 Foundation Day of the Province of Bukidnon; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bukidnon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR.; Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S.
