BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 111

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 16 January 2023, Monday, the City of Batangas will mark its Tourism and Cultural Day together with the celebration of its city fiesta;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 16 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas.
