-- I MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1110 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 2 SEPTEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON­ WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBAY WHEREAS, Wednesday, 2 September 2015, marks the 150th birth anniversary of the late General Simeon A. Ola, the last revolutionary general to surrender at the end of the Philippine-American War; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Albay be given full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S.
