MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1112 DECLARING TUESDAY, 8 SEPTEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON­ WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BAT AN GAS WHEREAS, to promote tourism and strengthen historical and cultural awareness, the Province of Batangas will hold its annual festival participated in by local government units, socio-civic and cultural groups along Taal Lake on Tuesday, 8 September 2015; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 8 September 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Batangas.
