I MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1113 DECLARING FRIDAY, 25 SEPTEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON­ WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN WHEREAS, Friday, 25 September 2015, marks the 155th Pueblo Day (Charter Day) of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval, Biliran be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 25 September 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran.
