BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1113

DECLARING SATURDAY, 20 MARCH 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS, on 20 March 2021, Saturday, the City of San Fernando, Province of La Union, will mark the celebration of its Cityhood Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Fernando be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Saturday, 20 March 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Fernando, Province of La Union.
