BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1114

DECLARING TUESDAY, 16 MARCH 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSELLER T. LIM, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, on 16 March 2021, Tuesday, the Municipality of Roseller T. Lim, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, will mark the celebration of its 39th Founding Anniversary; and

9 WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Roseller T. Lim be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 16 March 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Roseller T. Lim, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
