BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1116

DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 MARCH 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CANLAON, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 19 March 2021, Friday, the City of Canlaon, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of the Pasayaw Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Canlaon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, . 19 March 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Canlaon, Province of Negros Oriental.
