BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1117

DECLARING MONDAY, 22 MARCH 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, on 22 March 2021, Monday, the Province of Cavite will mark the celebration of the birth anniversary of General Emilio Aguinaldo, the first President of the Republic of the Philippines; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cavite be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 22 March 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Cavite.
