DECLARING MONDAY, 7 SEPTEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE
WHEREAS, Monday, 7 September 2015, marks the 75" Charter Anniversary and 444" Foundation Year of the City of Cavite;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cavite be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 7 September 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cavite.
