.f.- MALA C.AN AN G Manil.a BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1119 DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2006, AS SPEC1AL WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COTABATO (NON- WHEREAS, Friday, September 1, 2006, marks the 92nd Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Cotabato; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, September 1, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Cotabato.
