DESIGNATING SEVERAL PARCELS OF LAND, SITUATED AT BARANGAY LA MESA, CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA, AS INCLUSIONS TO THE EXISTING LIGHT INDUSTRY AND SCIENCE PARK II-SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S$. AQUINO Ill, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate several parcels of land, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Resolution No. 12-482 (s. 2012) of the PEZA Board of Directors, located at Barangay La Mesa, Calamba City, Laguna, as inclusions to the existing Light Industry And Science Park Il-Special Economic Zone, with an aggregate area of Twenty-Four Thousand One Hundred Forty-Four (24,144) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following consolidated technical descriptions:

A parcel of land (Lot 1 of the consolidation subdivision plan, Pcs-04- 027884, being a portion of Lot 1521-A, Lot 1521-B, Lot 1521-C and Lot 1521-D of Psd-04-034786, LRC Record No.), situated in the Barangay of La Mesa, City of Calamba, Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon.
