AUTHORIZING THE REHABILITATION AND PLACEMENT FOUNDATION FOR THE DISABLED, INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR ;

WHEREAS, the Rehabilitation and Placement Foundation for the Disabled, Inc. (RPFD), was authorized under Proclamation No. 795, datea@ September 5, 1991, to conduct a national funda campaign up to June 30, 1992;

WHEREAS, the Rehabilitati the Disabled, Inc. needs additional time to raise more funds to enable it to expand its pr
