PROCLAMATION NO. 112

RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN UPPER BUNGUIAO AND UPPER CURUAN, ZAMBOANGA CITY, AS THE RELOCATION SITE OF THE SAN RAMON PRISON AND PENAL FARM PURSUANT TO C.A. NO. 141, AS AMENDED

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, and upon recommendation of the Secretary of Justice, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve that parcel of land located at Upper Bunguiao and Upper Curuan, Zamboanga City, consisting of One Thousand Two Hundred Sixty (1,260) hectares, more or less, as the relocation site of the San Ramon Prison and Penal Farm, which area is more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land situated in Upper Bunguiao and Upper La Curuan, in the City of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao, Bounded in the west along lines 10-12 and 16- 17 by the provincial boundary of Zamboanga City and Zamboanga del Norte and along lines 12-16 by and Integrated Social Forestry area; in the east, northeastern and southeastern sides along lines 17-20, 20-1, 1-10 by portion of project No. 5-L, Block A, Map No. 2309, Timberland. Beginning at the point Mark “1” on plan being N 56, 17AW, 8,725 meters from BLLM No. 400 CAD 124, Zamboanga Cadastre, thence:

S 60°37°W 719.9 meters to point 2;

S 07°26°W 648.4 meters to point 3;

S 67°25°W 815.2 meters to point 4;

S 23°11°W 789.7 meters to point 5;

S 87°31°W 709.9 meters to point 6;

S 29°34°W 955.9 meters to point 7;

S 15°35°W 955.0 meters to point 8;

S 76°37 W 1,759.2 meters to point 9; .
