BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 112

DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, the City of Tuguegarao marks the celebration of its 17!" Charter Day on Friday, 16 December 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 16 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.
