BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 112

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 18 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 18 January 2023, Wednesday, the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 2318' Founding Anniversary and the 24" Sikhayan Festival:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 18 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa.
