.'- MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1120 DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2006 AS SPECIAL WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA (NON- WHEREAS, September 8, 1956, Pope Pius XII approved the cononical coronation of Virgen delos Remedios in the Province of Pampanga; WHEREAS,. Friday, September 8, 2006, marks the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the canonical coronation of the Virgen delos Remedios, patroness of the Province of Pampanga; WHEREAS, is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Pampanga be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriateceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, September 8, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Pampanga. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
