.. - MALACANANG Mahila ' : ' BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1121 DECLARING SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 30,2006, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE WHEREAS, Saturday, September 30, 2006, marks the 6th Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Masbate; WHEREAS, it IS but fitting and proper that the peoPl.e of the City of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
