BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1121

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 24 MARCH 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TABACO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY

WHEREAS, on 24 March 2021, Wednesday, the City of Tabaco, Province of Albay, will mark the celebration of its Charter Day and the 20" Cityhood Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tabaco be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 24 March 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tabaco, Province of Albay.
