MALACANANG MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1122 DECLARING THURSDAY, AUGUST 10, WORKING) DAY IN SAN JOSE CITY 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON- WHEREAS, Thursday, August 10, 2006, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of San Jose City; WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of San Jose City, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, August 10, 2006, as a special (non-working) day in San Jose City.
