DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 9 SEPTEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAIS

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 9 September 2015, marks the 47" Charter Day of the City of Bais;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bais be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO lll, do

hereby declare Wednesday, 9 September 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Bais.
